The Tooltip plugin shows a small message bubble above your chat button after a few seconds. It grabs the visitor's attention without being intrusive — and significantly increases the number of people who open the chat.
Timed Appearance
Set exactly how many seconds to wait before the tooltip appears. Early enough to catch attention, late enough not to interrupt.
Multilingual
Set a different tooltip message for each language. Visitors see the message in their own language automatically.
Fully Customizable
Control background color, text color, font size, width, and position (top, left, right of the bubble).
Click to Open
Clicking the tooltip opens the chat panel directly. Dismisses automatically after a configurable time.

- Auto-hide — seconds before hiding automatically (e.g. 8 seconds)
- Position — top, left, or right of the bubble
